12oz can. Pretty pleasant Stout. Soft on the palate, true to style. Roasty, dry. Pleasant chocolate malt notes. Nails it.

Cask at the brewery, 1/26/23. Hazy peach, large white head, good retention. Aroma of spruce, grapefruit, mild cranberry. Taste is cranberry, spruce, grapefruit. Well balanced (though it did fade fast over the coming days).

Keg at Bazil's,1.2.23. Aged in two different barrels for five months each. I'll get a better description uploaded soon. Black, large brown head, average retention. Aroma of whiskey, oak, chocolate, roast, cherry. Taste is chocolate, roast, vanilla, whiskey, raisin, oak. Full body. Very nice.

12 ounce can from the brewery, 12/21/22. Didn't expect them to can this, so, cool. Been anticipating this for a few months now so glad to see it come out. Thanks Bobby F. Hazy orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of oak, tequila, grapefruit, vanilla. Some other faint fruits in there. White grape comes to mind. Taste us tequila, grapefruit, pine, oak, resin. Strong bitterness. Well balanced. Very nice.

Cask at the brewery, 12/29/22. Lime is a bit much. Didn't detect salt. Strips out the 547 hop character. I like but I like lime. Decent.
