Pin served (by me!) at Chilton Beer Fest, 5/21/23. Nice warm, toasty, and caramel flavors as the base beer. The oak was added with an oak spiral about three weeks. Definite oak presence, but very well balanced. A few festival patrons were VERY upset when this one kicked.

12oz can. Clear toffee amber-bown body. Soapy, off-white head. Some odd aromas. Sort of a mess at firsts but comes together. Sort of pleasant malt tone. Drinkable, respectable enough brewpub example.

Cask at the brewery, 5/14/23. Confirmed with the staff this is the house lambic base. Hazy amber, large white head, poor retention. Aroma of cucumber, pickle spice, lemon, spice. Taste is tart pickle, lemon, spice, a spicy note that reminds me a bit of Texas Pete, but its very mild and actually balances out the beer. Pretty pickle forward. 5 ounces is about enough but it's interesting.
