On tap at Staromestny Pivovar, Hiecerna str, Minsk, Belarus. Unclear darker amber coloured, meduim sized creamy off-white head, vague yeasty nose. Toasted malt, caramel, stale wet bread, notes of acidic yeast and touch of metal in the finish. Not good. The worse of three I’ve tried.

On tap at Staromestny Pivovar, Hiecerna str, Minsk, Belarus. Dark brown/almost black coloured, small off-white head, some caramel in the nose. Slightly roasted malt, caramel, whiff of coffee and some vinous notes in the finish. Drinkable but boring.

On tap at Staromestny Pivovar, Hiecerna str, Minsk, Belarus. Unclear yellow coloured, small white head, mild grassy nose. Malty, bready, grassy hoppy and slightly yeasty with rather bitterish finish. Not bad at all. Remindes me on Slowenian home brewed beers between 2005-2010. And those beers were pretty good.

On tap. Brownish-brown color, yellow foam. Aroma: plum and prunes, light acidity, cake and dough, light alcoholic liqueur notes. Taste: prunes pulp with characteristic acidity, cereal, pastry and dark malt, a little chocolate, wine.

Tap at Staromestny in Minsk. Muddy brown. Good beige head. Dark malts & sourish plum on nose. Medium body. Coffee, roasted malts and nice juicy prunes on taste. Good

Muddy amber. Modest head. Smells of acidity & caramel. Light body. Dryish malty taste. Light sourness. So is grassy hop on ending. Not fond of it.

Hazy brown, moderate tan airy head. Nose of coffee, roasted malts, molasses, light acidic. Light body. The flavour repeats the notes of the aroma. Dry. Low bitterness.

Tap. Cloudy honey yellow. Dense white creamy head. Stays. Malts & yeast on aroma. Medium body. Sweetish malty flavour. Fruity yeast along. Light hoppy bitterness on ending. Good drinkability.

On tap. Amber color, good white foam. Aroma: banana and a bit spicy, a little cloves, soap and caramel, wheat, fresh. Taste: lively, wheat, banana, caramel and a bit of cloves.
