Cloudy golden with a small off white head, malty aroma with yeasty and fruity hints. Flavor had fruits, malt and yeasty notes. Finished sweet and yeasty.

cloudy yellow, smallwhite head.. aroma is faint herbal faint flowery. flavori is citrussy,almost grapefruity, bitterhoppy,nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with a notes of malt, straw, and citrus, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mellow yeasty. Mellow. Peachy fruity and mild citrusy. Citric and peachy finish.

Hazy amber with a medium off white head. Sourish aroma with hoppy and malty notes. Sourish flavour with grassy hops and toasted malt. Finished dry and sourish.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of phenol, malt, and lactobasillus. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry and sour finish.

Bottle 50 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy and opaque amber golden with an off-white head. Tart, fruity aroma. Medium body, tart fruit - lactic acid. Tart all though to the finish. Clearly infected. 050610

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy boysenberries, tar fruity - berry, light to moderate malty, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, sour milk, fresh, berries. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. IMO it worked out okay but maybe not as a belgium ale ! [20100605]
