Galaxie Craft Brewhouse is a family owned and operated craft brewery right on west beach in White Rock BC. Come explore new territories of craft beer goodness, the sky is the limit!! Our place will be a little bit out there and funky with a graffiti art wall done by a local vancouver artist but still warm and inviting. We are rescuing an old BC Tel building from the 50s that is still standing on west beach in White Rock. The building has a rich history boasting tenants like White Rock Iron Works and Turtle Recording.

We have a simple motto, we brew beer we love and we think you will too. Our beer is brewed onsite using recipes that have been custom crafted and refined over the past 10 years using fresh locally sourced ingredients. We brew classic North American styles with many select seasonal offerings throughout the year. Beer will be served from copper brewing tanks behind the bar to give our customers fresher beer on tap.

We are creating a space where people, friends, and family can come relax and hangout.

Quite pale yellow, and hazy. Aroma is a lot of lime. Taste is moderate tart wheaty base and heavy lime and citric acid. The lime just dominates this one. It’s okay but not the most refined beer I’ve ever had.

Bright. Nice head. Decent toasty hop aroma, light allium. Medium, biscuity malts, is okay.

Dark amber. Tastes like cleaner. Smells fine, chewy malt stuff, but Phenol city. That’s not good. Body is decent and there’s some nice bitterness as well. So not bad, hoping the phenol goes away.

Hazy dullish amber, med head. Rich malt chewiness - the good kind - and a piney, pithy hop bitterness. Some orange hop expression, too.

Has pretty good cloudy yellow body and modest foam. Smells of wet banana and sugar, which doesn't seem right at all. Taste is banana, slight tangy peach, ends like wet chalk, and who wants to drink wet chalk? This needs work, there are some glaring errors here.

Has modest light copper body and more modest foam. Vague aroma of soft hoppy caramel, but way too wet. Taste is nice dank hops, slight pine, ends too wet. Seems like a quarter of a pale ale watered down - thin beers help no one, I think I heard a famous person say once.

Has okay deep brown body, no real foam. Aroma is nice deep chocolate, coffee notes, molasses. Taste is okay sweet chocolate, slight black coffee, modest carbonation but doesn't end crisp. A few tweaks would make this quite decent.

Has good cloudy yellow modest foam. Smells of soft tangy hops, slight honeydew melon. Tastes of mellow melon, slight sweetened clamwater, ends full but that odd seawater aftertaste that doesn't fit. Too soft, easy but you won't remember it.

Pours cloudy copper, light foam. Aroma is soft musty blueberry, jammy, slight malt. Taste is soft blueberry and a bit of malt, seems surprisingly underly sweet which is odd as these are usually sugar bombs around here. Ends wet and nothing lingers in a good way. This one could use some work, maybe they're trying to play it safe but that doesn't help the situation.

Pours a cloudy orange, no foam or carbonation. Aroma of soft dank pine, too wet. Taste is soft peach, slight pine, ends smooth but way too wet for something like this. It needs work, 50 megatonnes of boldness added wouldn't hurt a bit.
