light medium golden color . Very nice barrel character, big sourness, with excellent peaches and a touch of mango. So nice mangos and peaches . Tart, bright and refreshing. Nice barrel and fruit finish. Fantastic

it has this really dark, earthy character that I just wonder what the fuck it is. The oak, the wort in the nose. The palate is medium low carbonation. Black pepper, lemon a touch of oak, a bit fruitier than normal. Black pepper in the finish. Super well balanced. Excellent.

Somewhat dirty cloudy brown, purple golden color. Light to medium lacing. Fantastic tart nose that shows nice barrel character and underneath, plums, funk and hay. Very nice nose. Tart mouth with modest barrel, soft plum character, funk. Very dry and clean palate with nice yeast character. Medium full carbonation with some warming finish. This has amazing depth and fantastic balance. The sourness and fruit character tickle my throat in the finish. Absolutely wonderful
