Die beiden Günser Brauereien teilten sich einen Stand am CBF Wien. Während es auf der einen Seite einige unspektakuläre Standardbiere gab, so brachte LöWolf einige spezielle Biere. So dieses Sauerbier, das in Stile eines Apfelkuchen 🍎 gebraut wurde. So hat es weniger Säure, dafür aber deutliche Aromen nach Zimt, Mostapfel und Mürbeteig 🥧. Den Apfelkuchen bringt man als gut rüber, aber das komische Sauerbier im Hintergrund ist irgendwie zu schwach und diese Aromen zu tragen und dadurch wirkt es irgendwie überladen 🚛 und übertrieben 🤣 daher. Cooler Ansatz, aber noch nicht ganz ausgereift.

Very hazy yellow to bright orange colour, large dense white head; aroma of lemony, lemon zesty, lactic acidy, dill and se pomelo peel notes; taste is the same with hoppy bitterness; correct one

330ml can pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate rich roast malts some coffee. Taste is more of the nice chocolate ash roast malts and coffee.
