Tap at Brewdog outpost Dublin. A clear chestnut brown coloured pour with a lasting halo of magnolia head. Aroma is semi sweet. Burnt sugars, liquorice some warming alcohol, boozy fruit cake, dark chocolate, Ash. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded lactose, caramel, brown sugars tangy dark fruit, fruit cake, caramel, some alcohol in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, mellow carbonation, lingering whiskey.

Tap at Brewdog outpost Dublin. A hazed reddish brown coloured pour with a lasting sticky beige head. Aroma is lovely fresh cereal grains, brown bread, pine, grass. Flavour is composed of dry earthy cereal grains, brown bread, chalky, dirty grass, drying mineral finish, palate is crisp, drying, fine highish carbonation. Good

Tap at Brewdog outpost Dublin. A clear amber red coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is semi sweet big jammy fruits, strawberry, brown malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet chewy berry, strawberry jam, toffee, brown bread. Some adjunct, some bitter grass in the finish. Palate is semi sweet chewy, some alcohol moderate carbonation. Ok.

Keg at BrewDog Dublin, 26/01/23. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a good sized just off white covering. Nose is ripe citric flesh, pine resin, grapefruit, dank chimes, weed. Taste comprises ripe tropical fruit esters, hint of coconut, guava, mango, papaya, lime zest, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness and a Sabro kiss noted. Solid TIPA ... right up there for the drinkability factor.

Keg at BrewDog Dublin, 26/01/23. Black with a good sized lasting khaki head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, vanilla, toffee, light roast, dried fruits. Taste comprises chocolate, marshmallow, light roast, Smores, vanilla. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Decent enough pastry affair.

Taste comprises fruit slice, caramel wafter, toasted malts, grains, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest hop dusting. Fine for the style.
