Süß-herber, leicht metallerner Beginn. Im Mittelteil metallern bleibend, die Süße wird malziger, leicht grasig. Zum Ende dutlich hopfiger. Nach schwachem Beginn noch trinkbar! 5/6/6/7/5/7

Bottle looks very simple, like a cheap beer. The beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts very metallically and dry, more and more sourish and woody. Finish unbalanced, not very drinkable. Not good!

50cl bottle bought in Düsseldorf. Dark Amber with a dense cream head; slightly smoky toffee malt aroma; burnt caramel flavour; with a trace of hops to finish. Note the best Alt I’ve tried, but hardly surprising at 39c a bottle.

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a finger-thick dense white head. Artificial lemon aroma with some pils in the background. The flavor lacks on the pils, leaving only the artificial lemony flavor, also in the finish. Soapy, thin and flat mouthfeel. Overall, not really bad, but it’s close. 100106
