Clear golden, some bubbles. Straight apple juice, some green twig, some woodiness. Quite sweet, tart edge. Very round, full of sugars, light tannins. Low carb. More UK than France kind of cider.

Bottle shared. Clear light golden with fizzy head. Dry apple peel, pear drops, light herbal, lemon peel, waxy, light floral. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied, almost medium dry. More Irish style than French, not bad.
