On tap at the brewery/taproom Foggy light golden thin wispy white head. Papery woody malt bite, cubtle citrus pith hops. Not ure I would call this a Brut but its not unpleasant.

Taster at brewery. Medium amber, flat. Sweet fruity aroma, ginger. Taste amps up the ginger, mildly sweet, ginger ale on steroids.

On tap at the brewery pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is nice tropical fruit hops and plenty citrus. Taste is more of the nice citrus hops and a light tropical fruit.

Taster at brewery. Very pale, tiny fine ring of head. Fruity, sweet aroma. Taste also is sweet, berries. Medium weight.

On tap at the brewery pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is grain some light spice and grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain bread malts and grass.

Taster at brewery. Clear, medium amber, flat. Aroma is sweet, raisins, hint of Belgian yeast. Taste follows the nose, on target for the style. Pleasant surprise.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus grapefruit notes and some bread malts. Taste is more of the bitter pithy grapefruit notes and a little spice.
