Taster at brewery. Golden , soft head, lots of lacing. Coffee aroma. Coffee falls off a bit in the taste, allowing more of the beer to shine through.

Crowler from Growler Guys -Spokane. Medium, clear amber, skin of head. Malty aroma, hoppy notes, caramel. Taste too walks a fine line between hops and malt, pretty nicely too. Solid NW IPA.

Draft at Post Street Ale House. Milky yellow/gold, small tight head. Aroma is light grains and citrus. Taste brings some citrus, too much for the style. Nice feel. Went with a hefe based on the brewers intent, but could be a wheat ale.

On tap at the 2nd anniversary party. Pours clear copper with a thick long lasting cream colored head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malt, citrus. Taste is highly bitter with flavors of Belgian yeast, citrus. I was hoping for Belgian waffles weirdly enough. It’s ok.

On tap at the 2nd anniversary party. Pours purple red with a pink white head with great retention. Aroma is blueberry, grain, raspberry jam. Taste is lightly tart, moderate to highly bitter, boozy. The blueberry is way more noticeable in aroma than flavor. Interesting, but not very milkshake-like. Tastes more like a straightforward IIPA. Not bad though.
