On tap at the Mountain Home taproom clear very light pale golden pours faint herbal aromas that are at first a little peppery. The cucumber is apparently I the flavors. A little white watermelon comes to mind as well. This unsweetened cube/rind note serves as a little of a light bittering that compliments the kolsch base well. Nicely done.

16oz crowler from brewery. Dark brown pour with a short lived foamy head. Roast, nutty aroma with light weizen notes. Weizen yeast pops out a bit more in the taste, but still heavy on the roast. Bitter with a very abrupt finish, bordering on watery.
