On tap at the DTM location. Fairly clear deep golden pour with a dense lasting soapy white head and thick lacing. Light pale well attenuated malts, a floral grassy hop character and bitterness. Missing the classic “hazy” characteristics I was expecting. Odd

On Tap at the Downtown Meridian brewery/taproom. Slightly foggy dull dusty orange. Lasting thin sticky off-white head and lacing. Earthy husky pale malts, and decent fresh light piney hop character.. More light woody malts come back. Sturdy pale ale.

On Tap at the new downtown Meridian brewery/taproom Slightly foggy light orange pour with a scant thin herald and fine even sheets of off-white lacing. A littel toasted malt and a touch of huskiness, but featured the orange and tangerine citrus hop character mainly. Not very bitter for a double…in fact barely a double in most respects. Nice balanced flavorful medium heavy IPA.

On tap at the DTM location Light foggy pale golden with a spotty off white head and lacing. Light farmhouse pale Belgian yeast character in the aroma but more so in the flavors. Light weight pale soft grain. A little wheaty. Pale quick and a great beer for warm early spring days.

On Tap at the new Downtown brewery/taproom. Fairly clear light yellow peach colored pour. Coarse off-white head and spotty lacing. Very light pale clean malts. Dry clean sharp citrus pith bitters. Fairly strong IBU hit, but fresh and clean.
