At StillWest we elevate the Western experience—with open‐air, mountain side dining on our patio that overlooks Snow King Mountain and brewhouse‐facing bar that’s the focal point of our restaurant.

We serve artfully crafted beers to menus made from scratch and sourced from local purveyors, seasonal, inspired cocktails, top‐notch wine and spirits and a warm welcome like you’re a guest in our home.

Sample at GABF 2023. Clear bright golden yellow color, white head. Nice aroma of earthy mixed citrus. Taste is lightly bitter and earthy lemon. Very tasty.

Taster at brewery. Light golden pour, small frothy head. Aroma is savory, sage, herbal. Light sage continues throughout the taste, adding soft citrusy notes and a mild bitter bite.
