At StillWest we elevate the Western experience—with open‐air, mountain side dining on our patio that overlooks Snow King Mountain and brewhouse‐facing bar that’s the focal point of our restaurant.

We serve artfully crafted beers to menus made from scratch and sourced from local purveyors, seasonal, inspired cocktails, top‐notch wine and spirits and a warm welcome like you’re a guest in our home.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown color with a medium tan head. A nice sweet roast and chocolate nose. More sweet flavors, caramel, toffee, light chocolate and a light roast. Very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber red color with a medium off white head. A sweet caramel nose. Toast, more caramel, big sweet flavors, some caramel, light fruit. Very nice.
