We are located in the small town of Buhl, Idaho. Minutes from Twin Falls, Jerome and the Hagerman valley, along the historic highway 30 which runs through the middle of town.
Magic Valley Brewing is a Brewpub. A place you can relax, enjoy a good craft beverage and good food in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, where the beer, food and appetizers will be made with as many locally sourced wholesome ingredients as possible.
As a Nano Brewery we will be hand crafting small 1 ½ barrel batches allowing us to ensure an excellent tasting and high quality product while also allowing us to provide a wide variety of beverage styles and flavors.
Our goal is to provide Buhl with its first Craft Beer Brewery. We plan to consistently exceed our guests' expectations with both product and service by using fresh local high quality ingredients for our handcrafted beer and food.

On tap. Very dark brown with a big foamy light tan head. Full chocolatey softbroast aromas and flavors. Butters up a bit at the end. Smooth creamy feel. Dark roast bite at the end. Quite god actually

Draft at SMASHFest. Hazy golden, spotty head. Aroma is sweet, cheesy. Taste is funky, grainy, cheese, bitter. Works at one level and not at another. Complex.

Draft at SMASHFest. Pale golden, small white foamy head. Light sweet aroma, bread, lemon. Taste too is subdued, light, grainy. Mildly sweet.

Growler thanks to Toby pours out pale rusty amber topped with a small head. Nose is sage green peppers and some vegetable. Tatse is more of the peppers spice wet sage brush and herbs.

Sampler from Toby. Amber, flat pour. Sage dominates the aroma and taste. Savory, spicy and medicinal.

Growler thanks to Toby pours out hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is big lemon citrus kick some wheat notes and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice lemon citrus notes wheat notes and lime.
