Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015 as Cherry beer 3.7%. Couleur pourpre, rougeâtre, col épais rosé. Arôme est profond au niveau de fruité de cerise sans pour cela être impressionnant, on reste sur un bouquet surfait plus doux que suret. Palais est de toute évidence centré sur les cerises avec ici un côté doux de jus de cerise. Une petite amertume perce en retrait mais cette impression de rajout de concentré perdure et enlève le côté plus rugueux du fruit.

On tap at Braufest Berlin 2015. Pours hazy red with an off white head. Aroma of sweet candy cherries. Flavour is light heavy sweet with some marzipan coming out in the palate. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottled, dark brown colour with little beige head. Smell is little smoked, fruity and roasted malts. Taste too, with some clear plum/cherry notes. Another nice fruit beer from this brewery, but I prefer the Szent Andras Könnye.

Flavor is sweet, malty, candy, sweet fruity, cherries, light alcohol. Medium boy, lively carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 300315
