Fresh hop version 2014. Don’t be put off by the mellow aroma, this beet kicks in with the taste, nice and malty. Hazy dark copper with small creamy head and full coating lacing. Lazy carbonation and light hoppy finish.

Draft @ BP. Pours a copper orange color, light haze, and topped with a moderate sandy ring. Nose is mild... Malty and sweet, lightly earthy. First sip is an eye opener. Rye, herbals, floral... The dry hopping is extremely well utilized here. A solid hops impact. Crisp and fresh. This is definitely something I’ll look forward to having again soon.

Nitro @ BP, labeled as a cherry smoked porter... Pours a deep chestnut color with a monster beige nitro head. Immense lacing. Nose is soft, smoke and roast, peat, and a barely noticeable cherry scent. The taste is all smoke and roast. Very smooth... I like the delivery on nitro. One of the better smoked beers I can recall.

Another good use of rye in a non-dark beer. Dry hopping adds some nice character. Orange hued body, a hint of rye bread sourness in both aroma and taste.

Fresh hopped version, listed as an altbier. Hops cut into some of the normal nuttiness of this style. Orange copper in color, mildly sweet, clean finish.

Excellent thirst quencher! Light and smooth, hazy golden body with smallish white foamy head. Mostly cereal grains here, but it is a lager after all. Head and shoulders above the macro brews, nice refreshing summer time beer.

On Tap at the Boise BrewPub Hazy orange with nice dense sandy colored head. Light malty aroma, some hop flavors but pretty tame. Pretty mild on the bitterness as well, and Steve hit it,.. kind of chalky. Straight forward and not particularly interesting
