Nitro @ BP, labeled as a cherry smoked porter... Pours a deep chestnut color with a monster beige nitro head. Immense lacing. Nose is soft, smoke and roast, peat, and a barely noticeable cherry scent. The taste is all smoke and roast. Very smooth... I like the delivery on nitro. One of the better smoked beers I can recall.

On tap at Boise pub. Pours out cloudy brown topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts lots of peat smoke and some nuts. Taste is as the nose with lots of the peat malts some wood and a little caramel touch.

On Tap at the Boise BrewPub Clear deep chestnut color with a lasting small light tan head. Toasted malt aroma, lots of earthy peaty smoke flavors in other wise light roasted woody malt flavors. Dry finish.

One of Highland Hollow’s newest seasonals. Sweet and nutty, earth and peat, smooth, yet very drinkable. Murky brown with minimal head.
