Tap at source. Clear pale. Barely any smell. Taste has very little bitter bite. Mild & easy going, almost refreshing after a long hard ride. Civilized, with some identifiable beir de garde attributes, but not much. Pretty good, overall good beer experiences. A little graininess in the finish.

Dark brown, had this on tap at a waffle place in Beaver PA. Ever slight malty & mild coffee aroma. Nice, even with the whisky attitude. An even dark brew that is easy to take, One of the better barrel aged beers for me to date. The whisky is just barely perceivable. Not bad overall. Good overall beer experience, thank you waffle incaffeinated.

On tap at a waffle house in Beaver no lie! Beaver is supposed to be a dry town, but this is a little secret! Typical saison smell. {ale yellow. Nice taset tho a little bitter at first. Good friendly saison experience. Mildly cutting co2. Not bad. Would rather not have the barrel thing but its OK none the less.

Slight slaggy nose. A little darker than a pale ale but can’t really say its red. Initially a little sweet and slaggy on the tongue. Very mild, civilized, easy to drink. NIce, fun. Yummy actually. Refreshing, could drink a few of these. Some earthly feelings in there on the finish. Very good overall beer experience on this one.

Darker than pale. Nose is sweet with a little bit of bandaid perfume. Taste is pretty good but lacks some of the civility of the ales from old belgium but its not bad none the less.

First I thought this was going to be a take-off of their porter but its not. Its actually a lighter colored beer. Not as much heat as I was expecting for something labeled habenaro but there is some detectable heat in there. It gets hotter as the session continues. Overall, evenly spiced and easy to get along with. I liked this. Noce job Dan.

Clear pale. Nice lacing, fer sure form a thin creamy head. Not much co2, less than expected. Dull tart mild aroma. A little hops in there much like a German lager. Overall a fairly medium mild brew. Yes, those hallers really let you know they were used.

Friendly mild and cutting co2. Fun easy and drinkable. I like this, so satisfying. Small batch I hear. Smooth and easy she goes, in and out, yeah. Quite yummy, even to the finish. Thanks! Overall good beer tasting experience.

Tap source. Quite dark with a rose tinge. Sweet aroma, what else could be expected? Very little co2 but its there. Yes, sweetness prevails. Perhaps just a tad of too much sweet, candy caramel sweet maple. This stuff has s’more in it’s name, you had em, I’m sure.

Tap @ source. OK, so Im not so partial about barrel aged brews, so what? Iced tea color. Barely any aroma. First taste is an impression of some bourbon in there, bit not in yer face bourbon, Yes, not mush of a barrel aged brew but certainly whisky impressions abound. OK.
