(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a slightly cream-coloured mid-sized foamy head. Doughy and slightly yeasty malt aroma with white bread, honey as well as spicy and grassy hops in the background. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, a bit light bodied with a modest carbonation. Pale malty base with shy hints of biscuits and honey, but also a present hops character; slim and bitter-sweet finish with doughy and grassy notes. Likeable. 25.V.12

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small frothy slightly lacing white head. Slightly sweet aroma with a hint of unclear fruity notes in apple direction. Taste is minimaly sweet malty, some fruit tartness, again hints in apple and citrus direction, constant moderate dry touch.

330ml bottle. Dark brown with average creamy moderately lacing tan head. Dark malt aroma with intermixed green corn, a touch of roast, a hint of bitter hop. Taste is initially neutral, soft, scratches metallic notes; dark malty and roasty notes come in later, also liquorice in nearly undetectable concentreation. A Stout with a range of typical flavours which sadly remain in an outspoken, foreshadowing status - too cautious, humble, honest, decent. More power, please!

3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok.

3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok. SZÁ: Kiváló búza, ez igazán jól esik, egy ilyen stark bier után. Frissítő. Új erőkkel tölt fel. Harcra fel. KS: Búzasörök között a félszemű is király. SZÁ:???

330ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with average firm creamy lacing white head. Wheaty and fruity aroma, banana and apple, yeasty background. Fruity taste, apple, minimal citrus note, low carbonation, very decent finish. Tasty, fruity, a bit flabby.

Bottled 330ml. -from Jodl Graz. Brown coloured, small beige head, strong dried fruits and mild alcohol in the nose. Moderate malty, dried fruits and caramel with warming alcohol in the finish. Good beer but expected maybe better or just more complex brew. Goes well with dark chocolate.

330ml bottle. Cloudy deep golden to amber colour with small collapsing white head. Decent malty aroma with an almost undetectable touch of fruit and hay. Soft palate, taste is sweet malty, like fruit mush but without any strength. Kind of insipid.

Bottled 330ml. -from Jodl Graz, rated in my hotel room in Bratislava. Dark brown/almost black coloured, small off-white head, slight vinous roasty nose. Roasted malt, caramel and milk chocolate with light nutty and cardboard notes. Short watery finish. Expected much better stout.

Bottled 330ml. -from Jodl Graz, rated in my hotel room in Bratislava. Pale amber coloured, minimal off-white head, light spicy caramel nose. Moderate malty, light caramel and hoppy with mild spicy notes. Sweetish but rather short finish. All in all ok beer.
