Description
The Brauhaus Gusswerk is an innovative symbiosis of a beer bar and a brewery, a place for enjoyment, communication and cosiness. The initiator of this unique project is Salzburg's Reinhold Barta, passionate brewer. After more than ten years of organic brewing experience he realized his organic brewery in Salzburg's “Gusswerk” in 2007. Reinhold Barta's goal is to make sustainable and biodynamic beer in Austria socially acceptable. When he saw the plans of the "Gusswerk", he immediately knew: "This is where my brewery belongs." The beer should be drawn from the strength of its origin, of course with purely organic ingredients and old, natural manufacturing processes that reflect the circle of nature.

Rundes Weizen ohne Macken! 11/12/12/12/11/12

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, airy head. Tart cranberry aroma. Sweet, yet tart with caramlly bready malt. Medium bodied, with soft mouthfeel. Fruity and sweaty with notes of rose hip. Low bitterness.
