Winterfest 2018. cloudy gold color. Surprisingly well hopped. alcohol is very prominent in the aroma, flavor, and palate. Quite bitter, with malt less significant to the flavor.

Winterfest 2018. Cherry in the aroma and the flavor. Alcohol is noticeable but doesn't hurt. Sweet malt flavor combines well with the cherry. Good beer.

Tap at Hoopa. Malt mostly, a little fruit sweetness. You can tell it has rye. Spritzy and light, a good summer beer.

On tap at the brewery. Bright peach color. Interestly very little smoke in the aroma, but it does have clove and some banana. Lightly sweet and the smoke strikes at the end. Good palate, good beer.

Autumn Brew Review 2017. Gold color and a little cloudy. Some head on top. Well hopped and dry. Lots of yeast, smooth, easy drinking palate and they nailed the style for a kellerbier. I wish I had a liter rather than the simple. Yeast in the finish.

Orange color with some lacing head. Dey. Ginger in the flavor, yeast, dried flowers, and moderately bitter. I like that it is dry and. Bitter finish and some hops come through here.probably the best beer I tried at my firsr visit to Hoops.
