(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big off-white foamy head. Mildly yeasty and moderately sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of fruity and delicately resiny hops, including notes of citrus and grapefruit. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Rounded malt-accented taste with a whiff of caramel and fruity hoppy notes, as well as a tinge of resin; quite dry malty and moderately hoppy finish with a resinous bitterness and hints of caramel in the aftertaste. Quite balanced Swiss interpretation of the style, but do not expect a particular hop bomb. 20.V.14

Bottle shared at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Koelschtrinker for this bottle! Clear golden. Grainy aroma with some vegetal notes. Sweetish and grainy flavor with a drier and slightly bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. Rather non-offensive, but not good.
