Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet bread dough and vague citrus. The flavor was tangy, sweet and yeasty with notes of bread dough and vague citrus. Medium length finish. medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy dark tan head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was somewhat faint but roasty with notes of smoke and anise. The flavor was bitter, roasty, smoky and dry with chocolate and hints of hickory and bacon. Long dry, smoky and roasty finish. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a caramel-brown color with a small foamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweetish grapefruit and pine. The flavor was bitter, tangy and sour with notes of grapefruit, pine, a bit of caramel and a hint of wood. Medium length bitter, tangy and sour finish of grapefruit, pine and wood. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a medium amber color with an enormous foamy white head that faded and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was strong grapefruit, lemon and hints of perfume, pine and pepper. the flavor was very tangy and sour pine, resin, lemon and hints of bread and pepper. Medium length sour and tangy finish of pine, lemon and pepper. Medium body. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a large fluffy off white head that faded and left great lacing. The aroma was bitter and sour citric acid and grapefruit. The flavor was bitter and somewhat thin with notes of citric acid, grapefruit and a bit of sour caramel underneath. Medium finish. A bit thin and watery in body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a large fluffy white head that faded quickly but left great lacing. The aroma was very mild with hints of yeast and a sour doughy note. The flavor was fairly strong bread dough with vague citrus and a touch of nut. Medium length finish of bread dough and citrus. Light to medium body. Not great but pretty drinkable for what is was.
