Light, some toasty notes, but seems a bit thin. Missing something. Doesn't come together.

Has a bit of chewy, quite fruity, lots of malts, I wouldn’t say it comes together.

Taster at WVBC. Near black pour, small beige head. Light roasty aroma, some nutty notes. Taste brings the bitterness, and some nice sweetness that takes the edge off. Lingering bitter finish.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear cola with a tan head. Toasted malt nose. Flavors of leather. Light bodied. Light roast finish.

On draft at the brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight head. The aroma is bread and the taste is thin toast with hints of peach the finish is slightly bitter

Growler poured and shared by Maxwell. Thanks for sharing! Pours a reddish color with almost no head. Super sweet malty, almost maple syrup like aroma. Sugar sweet flavor as well. Overpowering sweet malt all throughout. Finishes a little on the dry side, with some caramel. Just overall a strange beer for me. Maybe it’s the confusion of having this style at the beginning of the baseball season, opposed to the end. Wouldn’t call it bad, but I’m glad I tried it.

Sample at Columbia Valley Brewery. Dark ruddy amber color with a medium creamy off-white head that dissipates slowly. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is malty with a sweet aftertaste. Decent overall.
