State-of-the-art brewing and bottling technologies make for an annual output of 1.8 million hectolitres. Bottle. Sweet complex fruity aroma - banana, peach, lime. Amber yellow color - cloudy with moderate lasting head. Sweet-tart malt flavor with typical banana, apple, clove - hint of vinegar - a unique trait of Eichbaum’s Weizens. Nice Weizen.

Bottle. Primarily lemon-lime aroma but with a hint of malt. Pale yellow with small but lasting head. Taste like a slightly flat lemon-lime sode (i.e. Sprite(tm)). Slight malt beer flavor does come out. A very nice Radler.

Bottle. Sour malt aroma. Hazy yellow color with next to no head. Hops flavor fairly strong throughout - mild malt aftertaste. Okay - probably better on tap.

Bottle. Sweet fruity aroma primarily banana, apple and clove but also vinegar. Medium brown color- cloudy with little head. Vinegar malt flavor - slight hops but the usual fruit and spice notes of a Weizen are absent. Body but on the watery side. A very different Weizen. Two different bottles were significantly different - first one had much more vinegar aroma and flavor - thought it might have been infected but second bottle while lighter still had noticeable vinegar aroma and taste.

Bottle. Sweet banana/apple aroma - some hops aroma as well. Light amber - clear with small head. A slighty sour malt flavor with moderate hops for a Weizen - no fruit or spice flavor that I can detect. Decent body for a Kristall. A Kristalweizen for those that hate the fruity flavor of other Weizens.

Bottle. Sweet grainy (corn/wheat) aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Creamy malt flavor with a balanced light hops finish. Nice body. A very good German pilsener.

Bottle. Sweet grainy malt aroma. Golden yellow color with next to no head. Corny sweet malt flavor - unpleasant biter hops aftertaste. Not one I want to try again. Have to agree with jde123 and MRomero548..
