Draft at the Lair. Golden pour, mostly clear, small white foamy head. Light hoppy aroma, biscuity. Taste is malty, bready with a mild hoppiness that gives the beer a lift.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black. Chocolate, port, cherry, plum, biscuit, nutty, tart red fruit. Medium body but a bit overcarbed. Don’t know if the light infection is part of the plan but it honestly kind of works. Fine.

On tap at The Vault. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with a bit of grass and some bitter rind backing. Flavor is citrus forward with a bit of melon and a decent amount of grass backing.
