Description
Our brewery is tucked away on the North East side of Redmond within eye shot of Smith Rock State Park. The Brewhouse itself is a 10bbl volume three vessel system with a direct fire kettle. In addition we have a small 2 bbl pilot system that allows us to create fun, even smaller batch beers for you all.

On Tap at the Redmond taproom Mostly clear light redish amber. Thin skin of micro bubbles. Moderate woody earthy malt base, and some soft aged piney hop notes. Nicely balanced, not very agressive.

On Tap at the taproom in Redmond. Light pale straw color. SMooth floral and slightly sweet hop flavors. Pale malts that also hav a littel sweetness. Fairly heavy. But smooth

Crowler from Growler Guys-Bend. Dark, dark brown, small beige head Aroma is a mixture of sweet (vanilla & chocolate) and roasty. Taste is also sweet, more chocolate, lacto(?). Nice feel, minor bitterness. Much better than expected.

Crowler thanks to stevoj. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is vanilla chocolate milk sweetness and some roast. Taste is more of the nice sweet milk chocolate vanilla lots of sweet malts and a little coffee.

On tap pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice roast malts some coffee dark chocolate and a little smoke ash. Taste is more of the nice roast malts chocolate and little bitterness and sweet going on.

On tap at platypus pub bend. Pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet toffee earthy malts. Taste is more of the malty notes some sweet notes.
