Bit low on the carb but packed with flavor. Also I forgot check-ins but knotted root was such a fun spot to visit, will be back ASAP. So dog friendly! As for the beer it's got solid sweet and tangy notes, like Moscato meets funk. Sweet grape!

16 oz. can. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a big, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is key lime, leather, straw, and guava. Sweet and sugary, with a bold, chewy bitterness. Thick, harsh, and clingy. Fun and interesting, but harsh and confusing.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, straw color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is spruce, wheat bread, lavender, and chalk. Dry and earthy, with a strong, dank bitterness. Light and quite astringent. Aggressive and very hoppy, but pretty nice.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice tropical fruits passion and some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice fruit hop combo and some sweetness.
