On tap at Honey Pot, pours a clear dull golden, no head. Aroma brings out earth, wildflower honey, no real notice of the bourbon. Flavour is very sweet, with lots of orange marmalade, gentle bourbon and loads of honey. Medium-heavy sweetness on the honey, with a nicely deep complexity. Nicely made.

On tap at Honey Pot, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out intense ghost peppers and wildflower honey. Flavour intensely spicy, with ridiculous spiciness, wildflower honey, and alcohol burn. Spicy as hell, but the honey sweetness melds well with the pepper. Very good, but rather gimmicky.

Bottle pour at Honey Pot, pours a muddy yellowish blonde, no head. Aroma is full of toasted pistachios upfront, with a touch of vanilla and wildflower honey. Flavour is a little hot, with toasted pistachio, wildflower honey, and alcohol. Quite boozy and lacking cohesion but there are clearly some nice flavours here. Good.

Flavour is full of vanilla beans upfront, with oak, wildflower honey, and intense vanilla beans. Ridiculous vanilla finish. Lovely stuff.

Flavour is full of orange blossom honey, a hint of vinous notes, and sweet port barrels. Quite sweet, with an orange marmalade finish. Deep, succulent and sticky without being cloying. Lovely.

Bottle at home. Pours deep purple, nose is huge blueberry, marshmalllow, honey, a little funk, taste is juicy blueberry, sweet, sickly honey, creamy marshmalllow. Tasty.
