Hoppy and creamy but well carbed, some tropical fruit, a hint of pineapple. Not too sweet, a little bit bitter. Some grapefruit in the finish. Actually very nice considering. Good job, but could be more ambitious.

(Bottle, 1.0 l - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20210306) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, menthol, peach, bread and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, tangerine, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew that hid its ABV very well. Mild hop burn.

Ok let's see. Not too thick, sweet, very coconutty, followed by roast, something marshmallowy. Booze masked fairly well. Nice.

1l growler from the brewpub. Slick, velvety smooth and sweet with loads of coconutty notes, some roastiness, vanilla, cocoa, toffee, syrup and hints of licorice, vanilla and white chocolate. ABV is really well hidden. Sweet but tasty coconutty goodness. A promising start.

From backlog. Quite hoppy, herbal and tropical fruity with some citrus, pine, grass, bitterness and hints of malts. Pretty good.
