Fairly clear, golden coloured body with a subtle hazy straw glow, all with a smallish, single to perhaps two centimetre tall pure white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of brine, limes, lemons, margaritas, a dash of tomatoes and some more salt notes - quite nice and very robust with some light malt notes and a hint of sweetness, as well. Light-bodied; Tart lemon and lime flavours dominate up front with a very soft malt note and a lot of citrus juices along with some very subdued wheat notes and a good hit of brine and pure salt elements towards the end with a dash of tomatoes and a light dose of white grape juice - very nice throughout and very flavourful while being super refreshing. Aftertaste shows the robust tart and soured components, while also showing some light wheat and dryness, but the brine, salt and soft yeast elements are the strongest, in a good way. Overall, a pungent and flavourful beer that shows a lot of different flavours, a nice complexity and a robust profile that is refreshing, while full-of-flavour and enjoyable throughout, especially on a hot summer day! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 04-June-2020 for US$4,04 sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-July-2020.

Pint can, WW. Nearly black pour with a brown head. Roasted malt, coffee nose. Strangely sweet, not in a good way, but also not thick and cloying. But almost sour as well. Tangy chocolates, metal, perhaps buried coconut. I certainly hope this can is bad, because if this was the intention, they missed the mark completely.
