Description
Going back twenty years, he brothers Stephane and Ludovic Hardouin, both lovers of Belgian beers, live in the Paris region. For 6 years, they traded beers, and developed an address book with restaurateurs, wine merchants and winegrowers. In 2002 they decided to strengthen their activity. No more reselling and making their own beer at home. They got started by setting up their brewery in Céré la Ronde in 2003, near their family.
Today it is a growing business of 4 people. Each year production is increasing (+ 10% / year on average) and the maximum production capacity has not yet been reached.
The beers created by the brewery are 100% pure malt (barley and malted wheat). They are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Among the brewery's projects, growing their own hops. Since 2019, it has been home to the first hop plants. The idea is to supplement the hop purchases and why not, to make a beer from this house culture.

330ml bottle from a French supermarket. Pours misty blonde, medium white head. Floral, lightly yeasty aroma. Taste is lightly floral, spicy, some moderate to low hop presence, mild sweetness. Ok, but not destined to crash the top 50 any time soon.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Cloudy brown colour, moderate to low off-white head. Unpleasant aroma of stomach acid / vomit and spices. Fizzy mouthfeel, overcarbonated. The flavour is medium malty and slightly spicy, but the aroma ruins it all. Drainpour. Won’t buy again.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet City Nord in Bodø. Muddy dark orange coloured body. Slowly diminishing beige head. Dried fruity aromas, hints of almond. Spiced dried fruity flavours joined by caramel sweetness. Dried fruity ending. Way to sweet, a few sips were enough (shared at a session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 03.04.2016).

Chestnut brown murky color, steady beige head. Yeast, berries, spices and caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied, active co2. Light grassy earthy notes in the front. Berries, Belgian yeast, raisins, some alcohol. Way too fizzy.
