Clear golden, no lasting head. Smushy meally yellow apples and hard & tart green apples, some lemonrind, some almond. Moderate sweet and tart and soft bitter. Under medium body, light fizzy carbonation. No farmhouse funk, perhaps a bit dusty, a bit plain.
