Bottle at Da Michele Pizzeria, Bologna, 27/03/23. Re-badged as Da Michele Red. Hazed reddish amber with a good sized light beige cap that stays for the show. Nose is caramel, fruit esters, sugars, biscuit crumbs, toffee. Taste comprises candied fruit rinds, Belgian yeast esters, sugars, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... sweet and lacking any real depth ... kept it going with my pizza though!

Nose is lemon rind, herb, pale malts, hedgerow. Taste comprises pale malts, stale bread, grains, cereals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refresher.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, pane, biscotto, fieno bagnato, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e spezie.

Taster from bottle at Central NJ Beerfest at Mercer County Park. Opaque black pour. Creamy tan ring. Aroma of dark chocolate and espresso. Flavor follows nose. Dark chocolate, coffee, dark dried fruits. Pretty smooth for the style. Creamy mouthfeel. Some booziness on backend. Quite tasty.

Taster from bottle at Central NJ Beerfest at Mercer County Park. Amber orange pour. Creamy beige head. Fragrant citrus fruit aroma. Flavor upfront is sold malt and citrusy hops. Soft malty palate. Some spicy hops in finish. Decent.

In einem Restaurant in New York. Trübes, rötliches Bernstein, weißer Schaum. Geschmack: Hopfen, Früchte, Zitrone, auch Karamell. Geschmack fruchtig, mittlere Süße, viele Südfrüchte sehr angenehm

Smell of straw, fruit. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malt, straw, yeast, some overripe fruit. Medium sweet. Yeasty. Fizzy carbon.

(Bottle) Pours clear pale gold with small white head. Bready aroma with hints of citrus and pepper. Light body with nice bright carbonation. Nice fruity taste - lime and hints of tropical fruit. Hints of biscuit malt. Pleasant modest bitterness in finish. Pleasant refreshing beer.

(Bottle) Pours very dark brown, no head. Pleasant complex aroma of chocolate, coffee, dried fruits. Medium body with bright almost fizzy carbonation. Great taste. Nicely chocolatey with dried fruit. Some vanilla hints in the finish before a gentle coffee bitterness. Unusual imperial stout but very enjoyable.

Smell of sweet fruit. Hazy honey colour, white head. Aroma of hay, hops, dried fruit, some spruce. Bitter with some sweetness. Dry palate. Soft carbon. Not so pale.
