Bottle sourced from Etre Gourmet and drunk at home - (Region #335) New cidery and first Pskov Oblast region ✅ - pours a light hazed golden pour with no head. Funky type cider, drying and light tart apple intro, some apple sweetness coming in, apple peel, light tartness, medium to light body, lingering apple finish. Nice.

Tap. Dark golden color, light hazy. Aroma: apple, soaked apple, sour and sweet, pleasant. Taste: sour, dry, apple, refreshes, dry and tannin, not bad.
