# 3937; 11/2023. Banana, jam, fruity, dried apricot, slightly spicy aroma. Hazy amber body; creamy off-white head. Dried apricot, banana, yeasty, slightly spicy. Not the best example of the style, but still a very good beer. 1 l, plastic bottle, brewery, Jince (Bohemia, CZ).

Tap at Salon piva. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-light bitterness, med-light sweetness. Rather phenol-centered, moderate clove, slightly peppery. Quite light ester component, light banana. Med-light bready doughy yeastiness. ABV hidden well. Overall okay, not great, not terrible.

Tap at Salon piva. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Med-high bitterness, with unpleasant med-light grainy-burnt astringency. Med-light oxidation too. Low sweetness, actually feels pretty watery, minerally too. Rather ungood, unfortunately. Empty and flawed. Hops character lost somewhere.

Tap at Salon piva. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Nice combination of equal roast and hops bitter elements. Focus in malt is on moderate coffeeish deep roast, light chocolate. Moderate grassy, dank, resiny hops character. Overall a pretty good interpretation of style, rather sipping beer, but well made, clean.
