Keg at Mallasterrasi, Oulu. Hazy light gols. Thin blotchy foamy white head. Aroma... well mainly pizza that smells banging... getting herbs and fruit and vinous notes and more pizza. Hmmm... different as far as Wits go. Sour - citrus and vinous over a fruity sweetness which is more melon than anything else. Peripheral herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick with a pithy element. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. A punchy not trad hopped Wit.

Keg at Mallasterrasi, Oulu. Clear copper gold. Foamy white head. Aroma has light resin and delicate malts. Flavourwise it bitter and resinous but restrained. Slightly citrusy. Underlying doughy malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Rain may be a fitting name - a light delicate Westie.

Can from S-Market (the one under the Sokos department store), Oulu. Post-sauna, of course. Light hazy-opaque gold. Thin frothy foamy translucent white head. Aroma is chewy and doughy with an earthiness and citrus light sour edge. Flavourwise it's sweet with a sour edge over doughy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. OK Helles bur, to be honest, I really just want more water.

Draft at Leskinen, Oulu. Hazy creamy orange. No head. Aroma is sweet - custard and porridge with light citrus and some peripheral resin. Flavourwise it's initially not so sweet - sour fruit - but this is then followed by resinous bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Tap at SOPP2026, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy light brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some Chocolate, bread, tar... too carbonated unfortunately.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2026) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, floralness, honey and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, grass, resin, herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste and herbalness, citrus fruits and bitterness. Good.

Omg. What a supermarket! Crazy beer selection. Top notch. Imports from Quebec like Messorem & Le Ketch, Track from Manchester, etc. Best selection in all Helsinki. Snacking on a Karjalanpiirakka rye pie with my sour beer. Pie? Not so good. Stick with the cinnamon buns, they are amazing! The beer? Steep at 7€. But at least really good.

Hazy orange colour and medium-sized white head. Marmalade, pine in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, pine, some sweet fruits. Sweetish, not so much wcipa.
