25/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, ripe pear, pear drop, touch woody. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Slight dry edge to finish. Enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, fruity, woody. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fleshy, fruity, skin, core, woody, some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
