22/7/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Somerset cider #100. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, grapefruit, sour pineapple, light solvent notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Nice bittersweet and dry tannic tart finish. Good.

500ml bottle from Willow Farm online. Black in colour with red tinge, afew bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin foam rim and aroma of earthy, apple, funk. Taste is apple, earthy, funk hints, with some vegetal notes and drying light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK
