Draft pour at Capitol City Brewing. Poured a very clear, deep orange color with a medium-to-small white head. Aroma was a bunch of floral notes, very potent flowers with resin bitterness. Flavor was bitter orange peel, plenty of pine cone, resin. Boozy, but not overly harsh - moderate bitterness. Skeptical that the alcohol was really as high as they claim, but otherwise it was decent.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, 2/20/20. Hazy dark red, large fizzy tan head, poor retention. Aroma of oak, vanilla, tart cherry. Taste is oak, pepper, tart cherry, spice. Medium bodied, mild tartness. Solid.

Pounder at Capital One Arena for a Caps game. Poured a light golden color with a small white head. Aroma was a bit more bready and malty than I expected, but there's plenty of grassy hops and herbal Pils malt notes here. Pleasant, easy to drink at a sporting event given the other options available.

Bomber, poured hazy dark amber into tulip glass. Full body. Malty honeyed aroma. Peppery banana and orange alcohol taste, with vanilla oak mildly boozy finish. Enjoyable tripel.

Likely month old can A: Lightly hazed opaque pale yellow gold with a short head that fell to a lasting pad and ring. Does not look like pond water. S: Muted scent of underripe citrus, florals and sweet toasted bread. T: A very green bitter hop note followed by woody malts. Tart citrus and pine are present but there's also a slight vegetal aspect. Dank? M: Medium full feel, average carbonation and lightly resinous finish. O: I'll admit this is a bit different. Worth a try but not a repeat buy.

12 ounce bottle from Kroger Charlottesville Barracks Rd, 1/11/20. Hazy orange, thin head. Aroma of peppery hops, grapefruit, pale malt. Simple. Taste is grapefruit, orange, mandarins, pale malt. Medium bodied, low to moderate bitterness. Well done but not very interesting.

12 ounce can. Translucent brown pour. Frothy beige head. Roasted malt nose. First sip is dark malt, bittersweet chocolate and brown bread. Smooth creamy mouthfeel. Resiny hops in finish. Decent flavor and body. Interesting meld of sweet malt and spicy hops. Enjoyable.
