Draft at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light floral woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, herbal, light floral, light sweet honey, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not a bad beer but the floral aftertaste wasn’t really to my taste.

Draft at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, clove spices. The flavour is dry yeasty, with a crisp, dry, light banana, melon, spicy clove, floral palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A very traditional beer and well made, but I’m not the biggest fan of the style.

Draft at Good Luck Haji Lane. Poured a clear copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light biscuit. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, dank, weedy, earthy, herbal palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Tasty, but not exactly what I was expecting.
