Description
Since we started in 2015, we wanted to build an independent, modern brewery in our beloved city of Berlin. But building a buisness is difficult, so we started as contract brewers and brew our core assortment in the Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei. Now, we count the days till we can brew all of our beers in our own production brewery close to the Berlin S-bahn in Neukölln. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates!

Berliner Berg India Pale Ale - Wet Hop 2019, Fläschchen aus einem Berliner Fachgeschäft. - Orangegelb, milchig trüb; Schaumringe im Glas. - In der Nase weiche tropische Frucht, Mango, milde Pampelmuse, Kiefernharz. - Antrunk intensiv aber doch rund pampelmusig mit frisch gemähtem Gras. Zart karamellig honigsüß. Milder rezent, vollmundig, hefeweich. Im Abgang satte, runde Hopfenherbe. - Weiches, aromatisch aber rund gehopftes IPA von dezenter Bittere. Schön, aber weniger hopfendominiert als erwartet. (29.3.2020.)

24-03-20 // 330ml bottle from sueffisant. Not that fresh wet hop anymore but the taste is still up there. Very hazy orange. Grassy hop nose. Malt forward. Not so fresh green hop aromas. Good bitterness. Quite yeasty as well. Solid. --- Beer merged from original tick of India Pale Ale - Wet Hop 2019 on 24 Mar 2020 at 20:45 - Score: 7. Bottle at tasting. A bit unclear yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is fruity but also a bit perfumy. Flavor is malts, pretty bitter, also a bit perfumy. Hmm ok.

Fles gedeeld door Tomhendriksen en gedronken met Benzai en Keukeman. Goudgeel troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma en smaak is zuur. De zure smaak blijft even hangen.

Bottle recieved with Euro Swap 3 2019, many thanks to Rauchbierlover! Bottle shared with Inoven, Benzai and Keukeman. It has an hazy golden body with a thick white head. The aroma is fruity and a bit spicy. The taste is fruity and hoppy with a bitter finish.

33cl bottle from a trade with rauchbierlover, thanks Paolo! A minimal hazy pale yellow beer with a small white lacing. Aroma of sour pale malt, yellow fruits, apples, lime. Taste of tart yellow fruits, lemon rind, apples, grapes, fresh and quite easy to drink!
