clear amber, large smooth offwhite head. nice malty slight bready note, dry, caramel. flavor is bitter caramel, some malty sweetness. makes me think of the malty flavor from barley wine but of course much weaker. palate is a bit too fizzy. a very tasty beer.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Quite sparkling carbonation. Aroma is malts, some grassy hops along with mild yeasty notes as well. Flavour is malts, grassy hops, some mild wooden and fruity notes. Mildly bitter finish. Very pleasant.

Biggish creamy beige-brown shiny lasting head. Lovely brown body with carbonation. Malty spicy roasty aroma with roasted almond notes. Sweetish spicy roasty licorice taste with grassy hop notes. Good harmony and balance. Mid-bodied. Dry watery roasty dusty earthy aftertaste. Spicy roasty taste lingers for a long time. Nice, and highly drinkable. (0.4l bottle, U Ferdinanda, Prague.)

Medium fine beige-brownish lasting head. Lovely reddish-brown body. Light fruity aroma; can’t really make anything much out. Dry (with sweetish notes) roasty dried fruit and raisins taste with caramelly notes. Excellent harmony and balance. Lovely vividness and distinctness of taste. Dry spicy roasty earthy licorice aftertaste lingers. Light acidity can be picked up. Really exceptionally good for the style. (0.3l draft, U Ferdinanda, Prague.)

Medium white lasting head. Bright yellow body. Milky malty grassy hop aroma. Dry-sweetish milky chalky taste with grainy grassy notes. Watery mouthfeel. Clean palate. Dryish milky caramelly aftertaste. Not at all bad, but boring and watery. (0.5l bottle, U Ferdinanda, Prague.)

Biggish shiny white fine lasting head. Bright yellow body with light carbonation. Light malty grassy aroma. Dry-sweetish fruity malty grassy taste. Excellent balance and harmony. Clean, fresh palate. Dry grassy spicy herbal aftertaste. Very nice. (0.3l draft at Ferdinanda, Prague.)

Golden coloured body with millions of bubbles rising from the bottom to a top of brilliant white. Aroma of fresh malt, light hops and a fruity scent. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong malt backbone with lighter fruit flavours dwindling over the top and a very mild floral hop finish. Aftertaste mild, but complex. Overall, a good beer - definitely worth trying if you are over here! I sampled this pint on draught at Ferdinanda in Praha, Czech Republic in March 2008.

Dark brown coloured body with a tan head and a bunch of bubbles. Bright aroma of roasted malt, pit fruits and a bit of earthiness. Medium-bodied; Strong malty flavour complete with coffee and nuts, tucked in with sugars and some mild hops. Aftertastes nice and complex - definitely a good beer. Overall, worth trying if you can find it! I sampled this pint on draught at Ferdinanda in Praha, Ceska Republica in March 2008.

Seven Bullets, on tap, pours amber, medium frothy white head. Lgiht bread and malt aroma. Toasted malt, nutty body, heavily spiced finish(peppery) joined by some alcohol.
