473ml can. Pours a clear orange amber with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Spicy aroma of grainy pale malt, jalapeno and herbal hops. Spicy flavour of grainy pale malt, jalapeno, earth, citrus and light piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Spicy, but not overwhelming.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber copper with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Aroma of toasted caramel malt, grapefruit and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, grapefruit, earth and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. More of a Red IPA than a Westie, but still solid whatever you want to call it.

Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, peach and slightly spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink, but nothing to get excited about.

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, earth and floral hops. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, bergamot and earth in a dry, floral hop finish. Light body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Tea and beer? Wasn't sure how this was going to play out, but the tea adjunct compliments the beer quite nicely.
