33cl bottle. Fast schwarze Farbe mittelgroße bräunliche schaumkrone. Geruch ist mild röstmalzig, Lactose Vanille. Geschmack sehr röstmalzig bitter, Lactose, Vanille, Kaffee.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours slightly cloud yellow. Aroma is some yeast, pepper, herbs, some grassy hops. Body is medium, a bit oily, soft carbonation, herbal and citric, some banana. Quite refreshing. Medium palate. Good.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours clear golden, hints of orange. Aroma is piney and fruity, tropical, slight citrus. Body is medium, with a solid sweetness but an even stronger bitterness. Quite intense in taste, but not lacking the fruity flavours. Palate is medium long but rather standard, with some hint of tropical fruit. Good.

Pours a copper amber colour, clear with a some lasting head. Rather bubbly, quite carbonated. Aroma is very herbal, also piney and grassy. Some fruitiness. Piney-resiny palate, rather spicy, little carbonation. Medium-heavy body. Flavour is rather pine accentuated at first, then followed by a very herbal and intense finish. Not a lot of fruit with this one. Somewhat grassy at the end. Excellent!

Bottle, thanks derA! Slightly opaque copper-amber color with big off-white head. Aroma is forest floor, piney, caramel malts, toasted malts, some tropical fruits and a touch of butter. Taste is tropical fruits, Stone-like overengineered hop oil petroleum, caramel and toasted malts, a tangy sharp bite and a bitter bready finish with a fruity aftertaste. Oily mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Not what Galaxy can be, but one of the more impressive IPAs coming from Storm & Anchor since he started brewing at Doppelleu.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours slightly cloudy amber. Aroma is very fruity, could be sweet banana, but is actually pear. Stone fruit. Medium body, crisp carbonation, late fruit, pear. Quite nice, but for this ABV it could be more intense.
