Description
Destral is a brewery founded in Ariège, in the valleys of the Tarasconnais by four lads from the country, with different profiles and backgrounds but a single aspiration: to shape the riches and elements of their terroir. By dint of research and perseverance, they learn to master their art: the 4 apprentices have forged 3 beers which seem to them and fundamentally singular.
By creating a product that brings people together, Destral develops local and local networks by adopting a responsible, ethical and independent approach. Destral is an unfiltered beer, brewed with respect for traditional and local values.

33cl bottle from La Boutique de la Ferme in Ax-les-Thermes, France. F: medium, white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, floral, grapefruits, toast touch. T: medium malty base, orange, grapefruits, bit passion fruits, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, bit better than blonde, not exactly for the style yet not bad beer, enjoyed.

33cl bottle from La Boutique de la Ferme in Ax-les-Thermes as my beer #1100 from France. F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, biscuits, floral. T: medium malty base, citrus, watery bready, bit herbal hoppy, weak bitterness, soft carbonation, easy drinkable and forgettable, at least bio for me.
