Description
Twee levens, onafhankelijk van elkaar, van tijd en van plaats….en een onzichtbare verbintenis, die al bestond vanaf het begin. De rode draad. Een Aziatische legende?

Marjolein Lievense en Marcel van der Spoel vonden elkaar na jaren, maar wisten dat de rode draad er altijd al was. Samen deelden ze passies, vonden de liefde en ontdekten een nieuwe manier om uiting te geven aan de diepe verbondenheid: het brouwen van de mooiste bieren!

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Malty aroma with notes of caramel, hop, some spicy suggestions. Bit sweetish flavour with a bitter finish. Medium body with fairly lively carbonation. More like a (hoppy) Red/Amber Ale. Not bad overall.

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, abrikoos, suikers, redelijk koolzuur, wat marmelade, bittertonen, licht droog, maltzoet, sinaasappel, rood fruittonen. (14-4-2023).

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #501.
Clear golden with a big white head. Spicy and flowery aroma with grainy notes but also some light DMS. Sweet taste with a spicy dry bitter finish. Decent blonde with some flaws.
